Project: Prepare and Develop Content for the Financial Control Transformation Project
In line with the developments taking place in Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Finance launched its initiative for financial control transformation, which aligns with Vision 2030’s objectives and programs and aims to deliver an upgraded and sustainable financial control system in the Kingdom. In 2021, Alef Publishing and Media undertook all aspects of content preparation, development and writing for the initiative, including visual and written content. Alef also made its contribution in content design in accordance with the project’s main messages.
Task
- Draft and develop all types of editorial content.

Project Management
- A team specialized in Arabic content development, design and production was formed to manage the implementation of the project.
- Alef appointed a Project Manager, Arabic Editor, Graphic Designers and Video Editors.
- Executed the content plan.
- Developed and drafted editorial materials of the project.

- Design, production and photography.
- Media communication with actors, voice actors for purposes of video shooting.
Results and Achievements
- Drafted and developed 4 booklets, including design and production.
- Drafted and developed 14 online newsletters, including design and production.
- Drafted and developed 6 billboards, including design and production.
- Drafted and developed 15 infographics, including design and production.
- Drafted and developed 10 videos, including scriptwriting, photography, editing and graphics.
- Proofreading for all the above.
